One of the most effective way to prevent juvenile delinquency has indisputably been to assist children and their families early on.Because 75 % of the population of Belize are under the age of 35. Belize is faced with a unique situation, meaning that the youth is not only the future in this small country but also the present, which is why we need to support development.That is why we need model programs to assist families and children by providing them with information, tools and resources to live a fulfilling and productive life. In Belize we still need  programs that   will assist parents in raising healthy children and/or programs to teach both parents and their children about the effects of drugs, gangs, unprotected sex and violence.These programs will provide the youths with Information to raise  awareness and teach them that their actions have consequences.This is particularly important in an era where youth are bombarded with sexual and violent images. Please  Help us reverse the effects that media and society as a whole has had on the young people of Belize. We sincerely  believe that educational & mentorship programs, have the underlying intent of encouraging hope for all Belizean children.
